Place 1tsp. per cup (200ml) of boiling water into teapot or infuser and steep for 5-15 minutes, strain and serve.
To prepare ‘Dandelion Latte’: add frothy almond or soy milk and sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg. You could also add a touch of honey (optional).
